In the early 1990s, undergraduate leaders returned from the Chi Phi College of Excellence with an idea to promote the academic achievements of the Alpha Theta Chi Chapter. After working with the University of Nebraska Foundation, the chapter established the Chi Phi Fraternity Scholarship Fund under the umbrella of the Foundation’s professionally managed endowment.
